Families Supporting the Troops is an organization seeking donations for the 56th Stryker Brigade 1/111th, currenly deployed in Iraq. Useful donations include: “toothpaste, shaving cream, disposible razors, tasty cakes, hard candies, baby wipes, foot powder, snacks, hygiene products, and first aide items. ” A drop off box is located at Harrisburg’s Temple University location inside Strawberry Square.
